what to expect
I'm an artist who loves to capture life and tell the stories that happen around me and that just so happens to be weddings.
Documenting weddings the past 10 years I've been able to not only photograph gorgeous i-do's all over the world but also help and perfect others photography style through teaching. I'll be there to guide the day of and will be able to answer questions about capturing light and depth when shooting film. You'll be paired into intimate groups of 2-3 so you'll have ample time at every station. I want you to come out of this shootout with not only great content, but with more experience in capturing the images you and your clients will love.

MEET US
My love of fashion, architecture and home interiors all play a significant role in my aesthetic and overall design gravitation. But so much of what I do is inspired by my travels and the study of people. I love infusing cultural inspiration and thoughtful composition to help people feel a certain way. It doesn’t matter much to me how they feel. As long as they feel something. Art is meant to be striking and move people. Floral art to me is no different. I am so lucky that this medium found me and has lead me to a craft I could never fathom my life without.
In the past 2 years we have received opportunities to take REMI + GOLD on the road and overseas! I have had the honor of collaborating + being published in various platforms such as Every Last Detail Blog, BRIDES, Brides of Austin, Green Wedding Shoes, 100 Layer Cake, Trendy Bride Magazine, Ruffled, Style Me Pretty, and Brides of Austin.

This shoot out is limited on attendees which will allow you to photograph without feeling rushed for that perfect image. Each attendee will have their own time with the model with others in the distance still able to shoot from afar. Krystle Akin will be available to answer any questions and to help with posing and lighting situations during the shoot.
What if I don't have much experience with photography or film?
After the shootout you are free to do as you would like with the images for your business. You are able to blog, show on website, instagram and submit.
**We do ask that ALL vendors must be credited when sharing on social media or with submission. We will provide you with all vendors social media handles and websites during the shootout and via email. **

Where is the shootout?
The fee of $350 is due upon booking to reserve your spot. Space is limited to attendees so we all have time to photograph without feeling rushed. The fee is non refundable but can be transferred to another attendee.
